Todd Covart
PRESIDENT
Term: May 2026
Todd has been living in Summerwood since 2001. He is a husband and father of two and loves that he was able to raise his family in Summerwood. He is a retired Continental Airlines employee and joined the Board in 2010. His goal as a Director is to help the Summerwood community by providing quality drinking water and maintaining a sustainable tax rate for residents while providing a clean and safe product.
Jaclyn Hood
VICE PRESIDENT
Term: May 2028
Jackie has lived in Summerwood since 2017 after moving from East Texas and joined the Board in 2020. Her goal is to provide a voice for all community residents. Jackie is an Implementation Project Manager for a technology company located in Houston. She has two children and is thrilled to raise them in the Summerwood community and schools.
Erica Dobbs
ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT
Term: May 2026
Erica has been a resident of Summerwood since 2012 and has been a member of the Board since 2015. She enjoys all the wonderful amenities and community events that Summerwood has to offer its residents.
Chris Roundy
SECRETARY
Term: May 2026
Chris grew up in the PNW and has lived in Summerwood with his wife since 2012. He is a local chiropractor/small business owner and loves being a part of the Summerwood community. As the most recent addition to the Board, his goal is to provide relevant and correct information to all members of the Board and its neighbors.
